We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Yellow Cafe. However, if you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- If your order is incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- If your food or beverage arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsatisfactory in quality, you may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made through our online platform and are not applicable to in-store transactions.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images (if applicable) to help us understand the situation.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Method
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same method you used for the original payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Items purchased in-store.
- Any special promotions or limited-time offers that have already been used or redeemed.
- Gift cards, once purchased.
5. Exchange Policy
If you would prefer an exchange for an item that was damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange an exchange based on availability.
